Yes. Building from supplied plans is one of the most common ways clients engage us. We review your drawings, prepare a detailed estimate, flag any buildability or cost issues early, and construct exactly what was designed.

It depends on the size, site, design complexity and level of finish. Rather than quoting a generic square-metre rate, we prepare a free preliminary estimate based on your actual plans and priorities, so the number means something.

Both. We recommend fixed price when plans and selections are locked in, and cost-plus when the scope is complex or likely to evolve. We will explain which model suits your project in the first conversation.

Most custom homes take between 9 and 14 months from site start, depending on size and complexity. Renovations and extensions are typically shorter. We provide a realistic schedule before construction begins and report progress against it.

We build across Melbourne's inner northern and eastern suburbs. If your project sits outside these areas, contact us to discuss your location.
