A new luxury home built to capture uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay, engineered for self-sufficiency and effortless living across three levels.
The Build
The home rises from a full basement through three storeys connected by a private elevator. The kitchen, living and bar area sits beneath high pop-up ceilings lined in timber, oriented entirely toward the bay. Behind the scenes, a 40kW solar storage system can power the home off grid for several days, supported by a dedicated plant room that keeps all servicing and maintenance out of the living spaces.
The Result
